RuPay card-enabled access through the CBS platform
With a fully operational CBS platform, the Bank is providing ATM facilities to its customers through RuPay Cards. Nine ATMs have been installed at Bolangir Main Branch, Sonepur Branch, Titilagarh Branch, Saintala Branch, Jarasingha Branch, Tarva Branch, Birmaharajpur Branch, Kantabanji Branch and Dunguripali Branch. The facility is proposed to be extended to the remaining branches of the Bank shortly.

Important Tips for ATM Card Holders
Protect your card, PIN and account information
- Please do not disclose your PIN to anyone.
- Please do not give possession of your card to others and do not enter your PIN in the presence of others.
- If the card is stolen or lost, please report it immediately to the nearest branch by telephone or email and also inform the branch in writing.
- Please protect your ATM card from bending, scratching, direct exposure to sunlight, undue pressure, fire and damage to the magnetic strip.
- When you receive a new card, destroy the old card by cutting it into multiple pieces, including the chip.
